New Fitness Center, Personal Training Studio Create Vibrant ‘Live, Work, Play’ Environment at Eastman Companies’ Office Building

Lori Graham, recruiting manager, appreciates the facility’s comfortable atmosphere. “The machines at 354fit are clean and easy to use, and there’s always music playing. It’s a fun and upbeat environment in which to work out.”
Eisenhower Plaza is also home to Living Fitness, which offers customized personal training and studio Pilates sessions by appointment. The 2,000-square-foot studio, which opened last year, is adjacent to 354fit and equipped with the latest strength training, Pilates and cardiovascular equipment including Cybex treadmills, cross trainers and free weights. Personalized programs and studio hours are designed to accommodate tenants’ busy schedules.
