New Fitness Center, Personal Training Studio Create Vibrant ‘Live, Work, Play’ Environment at Eastman Companies’ Office Building

LIVINGSTON, N.J.,  – Tenants and employees at Eisenhower Plaza in Livingston, N.J., now have the opportunity to pursue a wide range of health and wellness goals – even on the busiest workdays. Eastman Companies has added a new state-of-the-art fitness facility at the160,000-square-foot Class A office property, enhancing on-site amenities that already include one-on-one personal training and studio Pilates.

The tenant-exclusive fitness center, 354fit, is part of Eisenhower Plaza’s new Amenity Court. Featuring a full range of cardio and strength-training equipment, shower and bathroom facilities, and key card access, tenants benefit from all the amenities of a full-service health club without ever leaving the building.

Employees at Wiss & Company LLP regularly use the building’s fitness amenities as well. “354fit is conveniently located and features an excellent selection of equipment. The hours are convenient and accommodate my weekly schedule,” said Michael Bodrato, director of taxes. Lori Graham, recruiting manager, appreciates the facility’s comfortable atmosphere. “The machines at 354fit are clean and easy to use, and there’s always music playing. It’s a fun and upbeat environment in which to work out.”

Eisenhower Plaza is also home to Living Fitness, which offers customized personal training and studio Pilates sessions by appointment. The 2,000-square-foot studio, which opened last year, is adjacent to 354fit and equipped with the latest strength training, Pilates and cardiovascular equipment including Cybex treadmills, cross trainers and free weights. Personalized programs and studio hours are designed to accommodate tenants’ busy schedules.
