Eastman Companies announces 2H 2019 leasing results:
23 Vreeland Road secured three new leases totaling over 7,000 sf and three lease renewals totaling 10,000 sf. New tenants include: Human Resources advisory firm, HR Acuity and LoPiano Law Firm.
Eastman Companies also installed three Tesla Car Charging Stations, free to tenants and users. Eastman continues to add amenities that meets the needs of today’s office tenants.
354 Eisenhower Parkway secured ten new and renewal leases totaling over 34,000 sf. Tenants include: Law firms Aronson & Fernandez, Franzblau Dratch, Hauptman & Hauptman P.C., Herzfeld & Rubin, Kessler Law, and The Durkin Firm LLC; certified public accounting firm Feder Kamens; insurance carrier New Jersey Life & Casualty; and the New Jersey Psychological Association.
Regent Park secured leases totaling over 2,000 sf and three lease renewals totaling nearly 7,000 sf. New tenants include ICDL Therapy Center. Renewing tenants include Quantic Ltd, and Rana Management Inc.
293 Eisenhower renewed eight leases totaling 32,000 sf. Renewing tenants include law firms, Skoloff & Wolfe; Rabinowitz, Lubetkin & Tully LLC; financial advisory firm, Bloom Wealth Management; management consulting firm, SME, certified public accountants, Sabal & Co; mobile advertising platform, Cross Audience.
70 South Orange Avenue secured a new lease for over 1000 sf with Fisher Maritime Consulting Group and renewed two leases totaling 7,000 sf with Max Title Agency and Financial Life Focus.
30 West Mount Pleasant Avenue signed a new lease with The Ingber Law Firm, LLC, bringing the building to full occupancy.
21-00 Route 208 South signed three new leases totaling 3,000 sf and renewed two leases totaling 8,000 sf. New tenants include Zoltek Realty; and technology firm Aegis IT. Renewing leases were law firm Fogarty & Hara and Asuma, LLC.
83 Hanover / Florham Park Medical renewed two leases and expanded a third lease totaling 21,000 sf. Tenants include: Florham Park Podiatry | Jordan Steinberg; Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeons of Morris, LLC; and Metro Vein.
