Eastman Management Corp., the Livingston, New Jersey- based owner, developer and manager of northern New Jersey office, commercial and retail properties, has once again set a benchmark for charity fund-raising with its ECC Cares Program, a unique fund-raising concept that prompted individuals to register at https://www.theeisenhower.com/ to enter for a chance to win funds for their favorite charitable cause. The Fund is named for the landmark Eisenhower Corporate Campus, an Eastman property in Livingston, New Jersey, to commemorate its award- winning history and recently-launched leasing campaign.
According to Eastman Management President, Peter Schofel, the ECC Cares Campaign is unique to the real estate industry. “The ECC Cares Fund represents yet another chapter in Eastman’s continuing commitment to the betterment of the communities in which we operate and provides us with a most gratifying opportunity to share our good fortune with others less fortunate,” he said. “We are proud to partner with the ECC Cares winners and extend our sincere thanks to all who registered and helped to expand the value of the Fund.
Selected as winners of the ECC Cares Fund were: Ron Grossman of Novartis Pharmaceuticals; Thomas McGovern, Realogy; Eric Friedman, EversonBest; John Bonbamo, St. Barnabas Health Care System; Michelle Myer, Oracle; Maria Percontino, Prudential Financial; and James Scancarella of Cresa Partners.
The winners designated the following charities to benefit from their good fortune: The Midland School, Junior Achievement of Northern New Jersey, Autism Awareness, St. Barnabas Medical Center, Red Cross, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation.
