LIVINGSTON, N.J., Dec. 12, 2014 – Choice Pet Supply recently celebrated its grand opening at The Village at Livingston in Livingston, N.J. The natural pet products retailer occupies 3,000 square feet at this key Essex County shopping destination. The 93,000-square-foot shopping center is managed and developed by Livingston-based Eastman Companies.
David Perlmutter of Perlmutter Properties negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of Eastman. The tenant was represented by Jeff Kintzer and Farron Roboff of Royal Properties.
Choice Pet Supply further enhances the diversity of The Village at Livingston’s existing tenant base, according to Peter Schofel, Eastman’s co-managing partner. “This is a very successful, well-shopped center with a fantastic mix of retail, service and restaurant tenants,” he said. “Bringing well-established brands such as Choice Pet Supply to The Village at Livingston is an important step in our repositioning effort, and we anticipate other top retailers will soon follow suit. The addition of Choice Pet Supply follows the opening of a 23,000-square- foot Fresh Market supermarket at The Village at Livingston. The specialty grocer occupies a portion of the center’s former Pathmark store.
Located at the intersection of Route 10 and Eisenhower Parkway at 277 Eisenhower Parkway in Livingston, The Village at Livingston is situated along one of northern New Jersey’s most desirable retail corridors.
