Eastman Companies’ development initiatives extend from vacant land and new construction to redeveloping/repositioning underperforming properties. The following projects highlight the company’s one-stop development capabilities:
Franklin Township Mixed-Use
This mixed-use project, which is part of a private/public partnership, is comprised of 270 residential homes, two medical buildings, retail center and new YMCA. Situated on six acres, the distinct building uses are joined by a gazebo for community concerts in rural Franklin Township, in Somerset County, NJ.
295 Burlington Business Center
Initially, 20 of 77 acres were developed to house Penske Trucking and Partz Network at this mixed-use business complex. Located at the crossroads of the New Jersey Turnpike and I-295, this heavily wooded site in Burlington Township, NJ, facilitates access to regional logistics hubs, including freeways, ports and rail lines, as well as a quality business environment.
Capital One Bank Building
This once-underutilized site on Route 10, in Livingston, N.J., was repositioned for banking use. The property is centrally located in one of the region’s most-travelled highway corridors.
